A plain-English draft of the terms that govern use of Lucenta's intelligence service, subject to final legal review.
What Lucenta provides
Lucenta is an intelligence, search and support service. It helps customers identify and assess public-sector procurement opportunities using information from procurement sources and customer-provided business information.
Important limits
Procurement-source information can change, be incomplete or contain inaccuracies. Lucenta does not guarantee that every opportunity will be discovered, that a match is relevant, or that a customer will win a contract. Customers remain responsible for checking the original notice, eligibility, deadlines and bid decisions.
Accounts and subscriptions
Accounts are individual and must not be shared. Customers are responsible for their account security and for the actions of authorised users. Subscription, seat, cancellation and access terms are shown before activation; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period.
